Alongside each product Pure Furniture offers, you will see an indication of the likely time you will have to wait for delivery. The majority of our products are held in stock in the UK, however sometimes we will indicate a delivery estimate which may change if shipments are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For items held in stock, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
All deliveries are made direct from our supplier's own warehouse using their own transport. Once your order has been placed you will receive both email and postal confirmation. You will then be contacted direct by the logistics department to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
You will receive a high quality delivery service-once the date is confirmed you can rest assured that your delivery will arrive on that date, and that the delivery team will be trained to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. The majority of our furniture is delivered fully assembled, please read the description for the items you wish to purchase.
A signature will be required on delivery to confirm your satisfaction and for you to take ownership of your furniture. Please only sign this once you have inspected the goods fully and are happy that they have arrived in good order.
If you need to change a delivery date please contact us immediately. If the delivery team attempt to deliver to you on the pre-arranged date but there is nobody at the address to receive the delivery, a charge of £50 will be incurred for a second delivery.
Important Note:
Please inspect your goods and only sign the delivery note once you are happy they have arrived in good order.
